I’m Josiane — a holistic nutritionist, home cook, and busy mom who cares deeply about feeding my family well without turning every meal into a project.

Whole & Rooted was born from real life: full days, active bodies, a growing toddler, and the constant pull between wanting to eat nourishing whole foods and simply needing meals to be realistic. I know what it’s like to want better for your family while feeling short on time, energy, and mental space.

Through my work as a certified holistic nutritionist, I’ve seen firsthand how food can support energy, digestion, and overall well-being — but I’ve also learned that sustainability matters just as much as nutrition. Perfection isn’t the goal. Consistency and ease are.

Here at Whole & Rooted, you’ll find simple, whole-food recipes, practical meal ideas, and gentle guidance designed to help busy families — including toddlers — eat well without overwhelm. Everything I share is shaped by real routines, real appetites, and real life.
